| Booking an Inspection |

Booking a home inspection is as simple as calling us at the numbers provided or sending an enquiry by email. Or if you wish, have your real estate agent make the arrangements for you once you have an accepted offer.
If you will be present for the inspection, you will be asked to sign a Pre-Inspection Agreement at the beginning of the inspection. The inspector will review it with you at that time. If you wish, you can view the agreement below prior to the inspection.
For Clients who cannot attend the inspection, Columbia East Kootenay Home Inspections requires the following:
- CAREFULLY Read the Pre-Inspection Agreement
- Print off the Pre-Inspection Agreement, SIGN and DATE it
- Return it by
- scanning it and emailing it to inspections@columbiahome.ca
- Faxing it to (250) 427-2699
- Mailing it to Box 463, Kimberley BC. V1A 3B9
This MUST be completed prior to the inspection date. Scheduled inspections will NOT take place without a signed Pre-Inspection Agreement.
