Columbia East Kootenay Home Inspections offers comprehensive, non-destructive visual inspections of accessable components and systems of residential and commercial properties.
Using a combination of professional home inspection training and certification along with state of the art reporting software, we provide you with a comprehensive, easy to read prepared on-site report including photographs, giving you a powerful tool in indentifying deficiencies in the home, and an understanding of how all the components of your home work together as a system. We encourage you to participate in the inspection with the inspector, however if you cannot be present, your report can be emailed to you immediately, followed by the printed copy by regular mail. The inspector will also call you within one business day following the inspection to discuss any issues described in the report. A proper home inspection takes between 3 and 5 hours depending on the size of the home, so if you will be present for the inspection, be prepared to spend a good portion of your day with the inspector.
